Geyzing Municipal Official arrested by Vigilance

Gangtok 18 December: Sikkim Vigilance Police have arrested four persons including one official of Gyalshing Municipal Council on the allegation of criminal conspiracy, cheating, making a false document and criminal misconduct.

The arrested persons are Chandra Prakash Pradhan, LDC on Muster Roll basis of Gyalshing Municipal Council and three traders from Geyzing namely Breaze Bhushan Prasad, Smt Hasina Begum and Ajay Darnal Darjee.

They have been remanded to police custody for 5 days.
